SUGGESTED USE: Loading Phase (Day 1 to Day 5) take one rounded teaspoon (5gms) 4 times daily in 250ml Water/Juice.

BEST USE#: During Loading Phase If you exercise in the morning take 1 teaspoon of TRI-CREATIN before exercise after exercise around 6 pm and after dinner (before sleep). If you exercise in the evening take 1 teaspoon of TRI-CREATINE empty stomach in the morning, after lunch, before exercise in the evening & after dinner – before sleep.
